Terms and Conditions

At Boft we like to keep things easy and effective – including all this legal stuff.
All orders placed with Boft South Africa are subject to these terms and conditions:

Pricing: Our prices are exclusive of VAT and do not include a delivery fee. For now, whilst we get our online payment system up and running for you, the delivery fees are added at checkout to your final invoice via email. See Delivery info for more details.

Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Please carefully check the address before ordering as we cannot guarantee redelivery or a refund in the event of an incorrect address. If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver, we will charge you a R100 redelivery fee to send it out again.
If your suburb is not part of the Aramex network, or you do not have a local PostNet to receive your order at, it means we do not deliver there at this stage.

Delivery days: We deliver five days each week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
You are more than welcome to place your order anytime, anyplace!

Ordering: Orders placed before 1pm, Monday- Friday will be posted out for delivery on the same day as order.

Delivery times: We aim to deliver within 48 – 72 hours , but our delivery times may not be precise and, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. We use third party couriers and are relying on them to ensure that you receive your memories on time.
If your prints are left at your door we hold no responsibility for theft or the condition of the parcel once it is received.

Complaints: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please email us at sa@boft.io
Reference your order number within 48 hours of receiving your item. Refunds or reorders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
